I stayed at this hotel for 3 days on business. I have stayed at Courtyards on other occasions, and this one was similar. I enjoyed a nice reception with food and drinks on a Tuesday evening. Also, I really liked the smoothie I ordered one morning. On another morning, I didn't have hot water in my shower. Other days, no problem. There are several nice hotels in the vicinity. This Courtyard is worth your consideration.

Decent hotel. Friendly checking. No cost for parking. Nice beds and linens. Happy hour in lobby. Could not get tv on. But otherwise great location and met my needs. Close to many restaurants. You will not be disappointed.

One night for business. Rooms, Lobby, Exercise room all consistent to Courtyards. You are tucked back from the entrance road so it was quite. Staff was pleasant. Hotel is clean and comfortable. If you are a Marriott person this will do the job

The young lady at the front desk was quick and efficient. I got my room, she gave me directions to a local restaurant and I was set for the night. Nice well appointed room. Upscale and modern motel. A good place to stay.

We haven't been to this lodging in a few years, so were pleasantly surprised at the transformation the Courtyard has undergone. Newly refurbished rooms, good quality linens, a friendly and accommodating front desk. There's an indoor pool which we did not partake of this the past it was pretty chlorinated (for good reason, I suspect), but that may have changed too.

Spent three nights here while on business. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Good location for the area. Nice little bar area for a drink in the afternoon. Printed boarding pass on hotel kiosk. Nice little pool. Good stay.

I travel a lot for business and I also run a 5 star hotel and I am very detailed oriented which at times makes my stays not so nice. This time, my husband and I attended a wedding and there were several of us who booked rooms here. From the moment we checked in by the lovely woman who greeted us with a warm welcome we knew this would be a great experience. She rushed to double check the room, since we were an hour early from check in and returned seconds later saying it is ready for your arrival. Her professionalism shined through. Every request was met in a matter of minutes. That evening. We went to a dinner off property and retuned and always received a warm welcome back. They have a little bar/ lounge area that is well kept and very attentive to your requests. Each one from our group stated how wonderful the staff was. From the front desk ladies to the housekeeping staff back to the lounge. They all went above and beyond to meet our needs. To name a few Ms. Jeri Williams who was there day and night. Incredible energy and very organized. On my last day I asked who the General Manager is and guess who? Ms. Williams was! What a great leader for all to follow. The others members of the team to recognize are Amber, Terry and Kristyn who handled the bar/lounge and Stefana at the Front Desk. I wish them each much success and I thank you for a job well done!

Thanks to Melissa A. for being so helpful in organizing multiple rooms for us. Good check in, kids loved pool and hot tub. Half the hotel was being remodeled and it was a little messy near lobby but no loud noise. The lobby first floor looked Un phased by this. Only issue was a very slow breakfast for 6 people. Took 20-30 minutes for our order with nobody else there.

Sub-par on every level, from checking in to incompetent staff. They are remodeling but it's no excuse. This place should be in hotel impossible, it's that bad. When we got to our room last night we realized the phone was never connected, the room smelled of chemicals. No cups or glasses in the room, had to go get it myself since we had no phone. Went to the Starbucks downstairs at the bar and they had no creamer. We were trying to get to a family get together early only to find out there was no blow dryer had to run back down to the front desk but nobody there so had to wait for fifteen minutes for someone to show up. If that wasn't bad enough we just got back to our room and the housekeeper was at the unit next to us. We walk into our room and the only thing that was done is the bed was made. Dirty towels hung back up on the towel rack towel with makeup on it hung over the sink, water bottles on the floor still no glasses or cups. So we ant out to ask the housekeeper if she was still cleaning the unit and she tells us she is already finished ?????? I would think twice about staying here, you can put lipstick on a pig but if your service sucks your still staying in a dump!!

This property is located along a highway, yet is fairly quiet compared to some others close by. Like many Courtyards, the lobby is new and fresh, and the rooms are a little bit older. Although the property shows its age, it still offers a clean place to stay that is quiet and comfortable. Staff was above-average at the front desk day and night. Location is great - plenty of dining and shopping options within 10 minutes - some as close as a minute drive. Easy access to the highway.
