We checked in and we’re given a room that was dirty. There was a hole in the wall by one of the beds and there was an unpleasant odor. We were given a new room but this time there was mold or mildew on the caulk in the shower and the shower head was rusty and disgusting. The beds were strangely hard around the edges and soft in the middle. The carpet to the bathroom was torn. This property is truly disgusting and dirty. We went to dinner and discussed it and decided to leave. When I talked to the front desk they told me that they were unable to give us a refund as the manager was on on the property. For a Radison hotel I fully expected MUCH better. We left and checked into another hotel. I am left to resolve this in the morning. ZERO stars if possible.
After a 6 hour drive to get to the Radisson, upon our arrival we found that they did not have our Reservation. We had to stay on the phone for 45 minutes to try and find a new place for us to stay at12:00am in the morning. Very disappointed with the staff at the Radisson, she didn’t seem to care if we had a place to stay. Orbitz found a place for us.
Could use updated rooms but a nice stay for the price.
I can tolerate a lot; but this place was awful. Giant brown poop stains on the comforter!!!! Even found a past guests underwear next to the refrigerator. We complained and they gave us a discount; but we will never stay here again. You should stay away!!!
The staff was very friendly and helpful but the hotel was completely understaffed. Hallways and common areas needed to be cleaned. The hot tub jets didn't work, although it was hot. Our room was very run down. One outlet and light didn't work at all, which was a pain for someone using a cpap like me. The carpeting needs to be replaced. Our room was basically clean but there didn't seem to be any attention to detail, like the fact that the back of the bathroom door had a huge coffee stain on it that was never cleaned. Good location and great staff, but they were stretched too thin.

I like the location and the value. It seemed rundown. They had a mask requirement but didn't enforce it. Even the people working there often were without masks. There was garbage in the halls.
Dirty and smelly. Went to different hotel. We had 2 rooms on different floors and they both smelled. The furniture including the libby was worn out
Hot tub was down last stay. The breakfast bar in the morning has limited options.
Air # bed didn't work on 1 side, dingy decor in room and halls, slow drain, burned out light bulb.
Room was not clean. Got a new room twice. Finally got upgraded to a business class room. My wife and l were very disappointed.
As it turns out I left something behind in my room. I just got a phone call at home. They are sending it to me. It was so nice of them to contact me and do this!
