Dirty and smelly. Went to different hotel. We had 2 rooms on different floors and they both smelled. The furniture including the libby was worn out

Hot tub was down last stay. The breakfast bar in the morning has limited options.

Air # bed didn't work on 1 side, dingy decor in room and halls, slow drain, burned out light bulb.

Room was not clean. Got a new room twice. Finally got upgraded to a business class room. My wife and l were very disappointed.

As it turns out I left something behind in my room. I just got a phone call at home. They are sending it to me. It was so nice of them to contact me and do this!

I tend to find reviews on hotels confusing. I am a professional that does a lot of traveling. I have stayed at many hotels. Hotels are not the destination to me, they are a means to an end. My criteria is this: Would I find this property more comfortable than staying at a relatives spare room? The room was clean and comfortable. The hospitality of the staff was more than welcoming. The amenities, were great! Yes! It was preferable than my Grandma’s guest room. I would stay there again. I would recommend it to anyone.

The first room we were assigned smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. This was on a non-smoking floor. We were reassigned easily to another. Sleep number beds did not work properly. The hotel was quiet.

Very shabby and dated. No screens on window. Shower lever broken. Very disappointing for a Radisson. Would not stay again.

The grounds flowers and entry set up was very beautiful

It was ok. Room has a lot of space and it although you can see is old, it was clean and nice. The room had a sofa bed we couldn’t use it because the mattress was in very bad condition.

I called 3 days before my reservation to say I had 2 dogs. 2 hours prior to showing up I called to see if we could check in early. The older blond woman that works mornings told me very rudely over the phone I would have to wait until I showed up. I understand check is not till 3 however I never have had a problem checking in early when I call ahead. When I showed up around 2 people were checking in so I was excited. Walked up and told her again about the dogs she tells me no one mentioned dogs and I will have to wait to check in till 3. I tried to explain how I tried to give every head up and she just was not very nice. So I had my husband unload the car my son and my two dogs so he could go meet his friend and I could get ready once the room as ready to meet our family as we traveled from Florida for a funeral. 5 different people were able to check in and finally by 3:15 I asked again and she said it wasn’t ready and I would just have to wait. Another employee told her yes it was. She purposely made me wait!!! Everything else about this hotel was great! I will not likely use them again despite that not nice woman. If she only was nicer I would have understood as things happen.

The add have a coffee cup, free WiFi, parking, gym, business center and a hot swimming pool signs as included in price, the hot spa is not working and the breakfast is 10 dollars daily, obviously contradictory. When I discussed it with the clerk she was really rude and not polite, will not recommend at all this place
