Friendly staff.
Musty odor in tiny lobby. Large stain in carpet of room. Elevator was not working and was told it would be down our whole stay (week) and the room we were assigned was on the third floor. Although the young man at the front desk was willing to help unload our things, I couldn’t image him being available the entire time. I was out of breath just to preview the room (which was unacceptable) and would not want to do steps several times a day on hot days we were having at the time. Hotel was farther out than I thought. In my opinion, the whole place needs major, major renovation inside! We left immediately!!! Thankfully, Orbitz helped us find a much better place to stay-whew!!!!!
I signed an document stating I would be charged for smoking etc. I requested no smoking room. Really angered me that the room reeked of old smoke and there were even burn marks on the night stand. Also i took a shower and the water wouldnt drain and my toilet wouldnt flush.
FOR US EVERYTHING WAS EXELENT.WILL COME BACK AGAIN.
For the price, this can’t be beat. The young lady, Stephanie, that checked us in and out, was helpful, and very nice. The rooms was clean, well decorated, and very comfortable. We are absolutely staying here again on our way back home.

Although the lobby is dreary and the office is often unattended, the room wasn't bad. The wifi worked once I figured out the handwriting of the clerk who gave me the password. Happily, the room was half the price of a room at the Radisson, and it should be.
My wife and I checked in to Studio Plus for a short weekend getaway. We found the room to be well equipped and clean. The location was excellent in terms of its proximity to restaurants and access to points of interest in both the Akron and Cleveland areas. We would recommend this hotel to friends and we would definitely use it again.
I was meeting a friend who lives in Cleveland. I drove up from Cincinnati, OH. The drive up I-71 to the hotel was easy. The room with its own living room and full kitchen has a great value for what I paid.
hotel was great, however they put us in the room right beside the compressor on the heat exchanger and it kicked on several times an hour and was on only about 30 seconds. Finally got use to it and was able to sleep, they told us it was the room we were in.

LOCATION is in a very nice area, amidst many nice hotels & restaurants... but frankly out of place. It is VERY bare bones. Imagine a suite hotel in 2011 with NO hair-dryer or even shampoo! Wi-Fi costs $5. No continental breakfast or even complimentary lobby coffee. In-room coffee horrible, no de-caf, no tea bags! FURNITURE looks very cheap and worn, e.g., edge veneer missing from pressed sawdust table - and the Queen hide-a-bed was THE WORST I have ever endured. Horrible quality, although regular bed was comfy. STAFF was mostly non-existent. I went to office multiple times to find a note on the door to dial 0 for help. Dialing 0 got a busy signal! To get to outdoor pool, one had to cross the parking lot! Don't know who owns this chain, but I cannot imagine it lasting very long. Last time for me.
This lovely hotel room, packed with a small kitchen including an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and even plates, a living room area with a pullout bed, and a bedroom area, was above and beyond expectation! The discounted price I received [...] was incredible and I could not have been happier with this hotel.
We stayed at this hotel only one night. The location was ideal for us, and the price significantly lower than other hotels in that area with vacancies. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean, there was a full kitchen. Good vending, laundry facilities, and good fitness facilities for a hotel this size. No breakfast, but very close to many restaurants. Wireless internet was not free (a black mark) but it was cheap at $5 for the entire stay. The connection was slow but usable. The AC was noisy and tricky to regulate -- that seems very common these days. Given the value, I would happily stay there again.
