Friendly staff, clean hotel and close to local mall make this a great place to stay if you are in Akron, OH.

Accessible to everything. Would book the hotel again.

Most of the hotels provide free breakfast. I din't want to go and grab something outside when I am running to client site in the morning. Having breakfast for free within the hotel would be great.

... but it would have been nice for housekeeping to have cleaned my room following my first night, even tho I'd not made a mess :) The restaurant opened late due to th e Memorial Day holiday, however the desk manager offered to make coffee for me at 0 dark-thirty when I was heading out for the day. Overall a nice stay in a quiet room.

I had some business in the areal that kept me overnight. I checked on line and found the hotel. I booked the two room suite. I must say that I was quite happy with the accommodations. The room was clear, well appointed with flat screen TV's, the bed was extremely comfortable. All in all it was a very good experience. This come from someone that spends at least 75 bed nights on the road.

The room was ok but it had no fridge and the toilet was loose and wobbled a lot. It was definately not worth the 200 a night I spent. The continental breakfast (free at most hotels) was $12 and hot was $19 so a bit pricey. I would not spend the money to stay there again. We left feeling a little bit shorted.

the overall experience was good. We stayed 2 nights, the second night at around 11p there was a very loud family in the hallway. Also, now 2 days later and I have a pending charge of $50 for an unknown reason. Nothing extra was used.

Very helpful front desk staff /great restaurant at the hotel.Location in West Akron area perfect for meeting family and friends when we visit.

This hotel is a decent stay with no frills. It is an older hotel that is darkly decorated, has old furniture and you can hear the adjoining rooms' televisions going on at the same time. I was deciding between this hotel and a nearby Hamptons Inn which is an average business hotel but is newer. I thought the Hilton brand would make this a better hotel but it wasn't.

We have been Fairlawn, Ohio residents for a number of years but left 3 years ago and moved to Hilton Head. We came to town to assist with a family illness and visit with friends.

Room air conditioner/heater sounds like a freight train going on and off all nite long
