Good price near a primo location. Staff was fine, though I didn’t interact with them much. Wifi was the worst I have ever experienced. So slow I could barely surf the net. Tv stations were fuzzy and not nearly a good enough selection for channels. Didn’t have any other issues personally, but police showed up at this hotel and its affiliate across the street. Not exactly what you want to see.

Friendly staff and smooth check in. Unlike a few economy hotels in the same location (Montrose) who usually charge security deposit even if a guest prepaid a room, the check in here is smooth and friendly. No "security deposit". I booked this hotel for a visitor for one night; the guest liked the hotel a lot.

Like - location, nice staff, Not like - sheets stained, dingy

Not clean, not friendly front desk stuff, and no breakfast! Would not stay there again! Also very expensive!

Needed a place for the night to save some driving time and it worked out well.

We opened refrigerator and water drained out to the floor. The problem continued although lightly. I had to clean floor every time the door was opened. More disconcerting was the fact that the toilet would not completely flush. Although we were not in our room very much that wasn't very pleasant. I went down a couple of times but no one was at the desk. When there was somewhere there they were waiting on people so I want able to get our problems resolved during our short time at the hotel. We were mostly disappointed because we have stayed at the hotel before and our experience was pretty good.

My first room the a/c sounded like a jackhammer. My second room the bathroom wasn't cleaned. There was hair, used soap and shampoo in the tub. There was used soap on the sink. There was garbage still in the garbage can (tampon applicators!!! More than 1). No hand towels. No bath mat. Very disappointing!!!

Was in town for 5 days. Room was very clean, accomodating. Nice that it had fridge, microwave. Location is great...close to shopping, restaurants, highway. Was surprised how quiet it was for the location. Would recommend to anyone and would stay again.

I selected the hotel becasue I wanted access to a kitchen to manage diet. Location was great, lots of stores and easy highway access! Rooms need a refresh as others stated, but not awful. Had to switch rooms due to an issuer, but staff was great and was able to confirm room switch in 20 minutes. For the most part the Staff is pleasant and helpful. There is one Front Desk person who should think about how she would like to be spoken too as a customer and do that:)

Pros...bed was comfortable, room fairly clean ( outdated, old carpeting with lots of stains). Convient to lots of shopping and restaurants. Cons,,,kitchenette had NOTHING in it! ( plates, silverware, coffee maker, not even paper towels). No attached hair dryer, exhaust in bathroom didn't work, the bathroom door wouldn't shut ( I was sharing a room!)). No work station with a desk and chair as described. And worst of all... The windows were not suitable of a third floor building to pass code. The screens did not fit and the windows opened all the way with out guards to prevent a fall!. The worst extended stay I have ever spent money on! I would have been better off spending the extra $50 for the Hilton down the road.

A great deal for an overnight stay! Rooms we're clean and quiet with plenty of good restaurants nearby.

My stay at Extended Stay America was ok. There was nothing special about it.

The location was perfect! The hotel is located in a very safe area. Also there are plenty of restaurants like Outback, Macaroni Grille, and many others within a very short distance. Just down the road there is a Walmart, Giant Eagle and SAMs for those who want to food shop and just cook in the room. The hotel and room were clean and secure, both keycard access. I stayed for a week and did not experience anything out of the ordinary like loud noises or disturbances. I travel to Akron frequently and have paid much more for less other hotels in the area. I am suprised that the value!

It's a little far from the places where we usually went to, but there are lots of stores nearby, which makes it a very convenient choice.

Very Clean. Few amenities. Good staff. Fairly quiet.

VERY CLEAN Room It is a budget hotel, which shows in may ways, and many business travelers may find it "too budget". Yet the VERY CLEAN Room will get me to return for a second visit.

It was not clear when I was reserving with Orbitz whether I was getting two beds per room or one (I needed 2, in 2 rooms), and as it turned out, only one bed was in one of the rooms, but the hotel staff was very cooperative in finding us another rm if we were willing to wait. Rooms were comfortable (I could imagine doing an extended stay). There are many eating and shopping places within a few miles. We were just there for a night for family event.

This hotel was a perfect get away from our harried life. We wandered the area and stayed in to play games. We ate in because we did not want to go out. Great having a refrigerator and a microwave in the room.

The microwave was dirty. The bedside light didn't work. No shampoo or conditioner; tiny bars of soap. Other than that, convenient location, staff fine, clean and quiet.
