Ice clean family hotel.

This is a long standing hotel in Acapulco. It caters to familoes with a big play area for kids. The pool is clean. Before the virus thry served a nice free breakfast. . The staff is friendly and helful. The place is well maintained and the gardens are beautiful. A good deal in Acapulco!

Nice, cheery, family place

I found this to be the best run hotel in Acapulc, and I go there often. Its bright and cheery and immaculately landscaped. The breakfast is great and served at your table by a cheery staff. The pool is clean and there loads of rides for kids. Its right in the heart of acapulco but is a quiet oasis.

Excellent value for money

Beautiful hotel just behind the hotels on the beach. Central to everything, bars and restaurants although not disturbed by any noise. We stayed in the bungalows which are set in beautiful gardens and are spacious enough. The rooms and outdoor areas are cleaned daily as is the beautiful pool. The included breakfast is substantial (mexican). Although we didn't have children with us, the facilities for kids were amazing. Buses run up and down that take you the length of the bay and further for a few pesos. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great for the price and location

I stayed on the bungalows part which is separate and private. I had a single king bed but I think they may have had multi room bungalows also. One block off the costera and the beach. Old but clean and well kept. Light breakfast each morning which alternates not very much but ok. All in all it wasn't fancy but it was worth the money and the location is spot on. I used to live in Acapulco and I think it's a good value for the location. Just make sure to make reservation a day in advance because there seems to be a delay in getting them. I think someone get them an an email and then sends the paper to the front desk and that person only works certain hours. Which is expected for a mom and pop place like this.

Good price for an overnight

We stayed in the hotel last year. This time we stayed across the street in the little bungalows. We had 2 rooms for us and our friends. The grounds are beautifully kept. However, some of the ants that live there inhabited one of our rooms. I wish the windows could open because I was too cold with the a/c on and too warm without it. An open window and ceiling fan would have been great. The last time we were here, parking was free. Now there is a charge.

Needs a lot of work

you get what you pay for first night shower clogged up and drained into our room, second nght toilet broke it took them all day to fix it, third night power went out no generator and the room was extremely hot, bedding is old and the mattress is a rock.
