The only good thing about this hotel is the location. We have been staying here for the 10 years. And this year might just be the last. The AC was broken at most of our rooms. The mini fridge do not cool , we were told they have them at room temperature. So why even bother to have them? The breakfast food was not that great. Some foods didn’t have flavor at all (scramble eggs) . And finally, shortages on pool towels.

Booked 5 night/2 rooms. First and last time staying. Rooms were dirty from stained sheets to towels. Toilets clogged throughout our entire stay. We had to call for maintenance at random times of the day. Needed to be flushed three times in order to flush through “when it worked ”. Hotel staff rude, from front desk to pool/ bartenders. Lack of customer service specially to tourists. Noise level terrible!! Lastly, disturbance at three in the morning. Drunk pacing around the hallway. Screaming and cursing to finally smash his head or hand to the glass window. Blood everywhere. Left to be attended in the morning. This all happened right outside our very rooms. Tried to call front desk to report, phones in rooms out of order. Overall terrible horrible experience. The list goes on…

The property is old, but clean. It is in need of some renovations. Trying to get hot water in the shower was a challenge and took several trips to the front desk, and the maintenance was not able to fix it Sometimes you had run the shower for 20 minutes just to get warm water. The adult only poll has also seen better day.

Horrible checks in/out process. About an hour wait to check in. I had to leave your luggage with receptionist until they assigned me room. They asked me to return at 4pm after the check in to be assign to a room and to get my room key. That process took another hour. I wasn’t the only one disappointed. Also , The pool/beach waiters take a very long time to bring your order, ice it’s almost melted by the the time it arrives and drinks will be warm.

Booked 2 double beds and when we got to the hotel, they did not honor the request. The staff member was very rude about the whole thing and stated that it was no guarantee.

The room conditions were not the best we had a lot of trouble with the door lock, key would not work almost every time we would try to open our door, maintenance supposedly fixed it but the problem continued. The door handle of restroom was broken. I was over charged for my 14 year old son because to them children over 13 are considered adults so I ended paying $120 more, they have very minimal staff during check in and check out that it took more than 45 min to check in and out. You have to use and pay for their valet parking and that would take super long as well everytime we need our car we had to wait that long to get we would rather walk at times because of the ridiculous wait time. They need to import e many things

Location was perfect. Convenient to most everything. Close dining, shopping and means to get around. This property is used by the Mexicans who vacation from Mexico City. There are more local or native people who stay there than from USA and other countries.

My check in was at 5pm instead of 3pm. No apologies. Air Condition was broken. Hand shower was broken too. Hotel manager should hire more staff for high demand of huésped. I did have many issues I do not recommend it. However were couple of nicest staff such as Margarita and Manuel. Thank you

Nothing to recommend this hotel. It was crowded and there was no space all the facilities were on top of one another - nowhere to sit quietly. It was pathetic and had to pay for chairs on their beach

Fue muy bueno y lo recomiendo

Excelente trato del personal. Hotel muy buenas instalaciones
