Location was perfect. Convenient to most everything. Close dining, shopping and means to get around. This property is used by the Mexicans who vacation from Mexico City. There are more local or native people who stay there than from USA and other countries.

My check in was at 5pm instead of 3pm. No apologies. Air Condition was broken. Hand shower was broken too. Hotel manager should hire more staff for high demand of huésped. I did have many issues I do not recommend it. However were couple of nicest staff such as Margarita and Manuel. Thank you

Nothing to recommend this hotel. It was crowded and there was no space all the facilities were on top of one another - nowhere to sit quietly. It was pathetic and had to pay for chairs on their beach

It was a great experience, service and amenities are really great!

It is a nice hotel with street and beach views. Staff maintains the hotel spotless. You feel welcome when you arrive. It has lots of pools, but the only thing I did not like is that the staff closed the gate which takes you to the beach side at 9:00 pm; They should close it at least at midnight. Other than this thing, everything was alright. I would definitely recommend it and I love to come back soon .

beautiful hotel. central location. profesional staff. rates do not reflect the quality and service offered while you are there! we recommend it to any one interested in a pleasant experience! we’ll be back!

Was very nice will be back next year and felt very safe.Excellent location close to everything.

excellent service good food&no problems in acapulco

The were doing some remodeling during my stay but over all everything was excellent, especially the staff.

Hotel is very nice but it could improve a little, we had no hot water in the shower at all. I dont know about the rest of the people but I do like warm baths in the morning even if Im in Acapulco, bar service a bit clumpay, no tab beer while my whole stay.

Excellent location , clean beach , go in low season

First room was almost abominable. We were finally moved the last day since there was a leak in the bathroom. The second room was 100% better. The first bathroom was so dark we could hardly see. The second was perfect. Due to the heavy rain two days, we ate in the hotel and it was excellent although I had an omelette the last morning stuffed with ham and NO CHEESE. Who makes an omelette with no cheese? Much better locations down Miguel Aleman in the zona hotelera. Except for the Plaza Diana across the street there was nothing to do because of the inclement weather. Next time, I'll got farther down the street.

We were on the 8th floor and the room smelled like mold so we moved to the 6th floor. That room smelled of mold too. The hotel definitely has a mold problem. But if you completely open up the balcony it's not as noticeable especially with clean sheets and a fan on. If it wasn't for the mold the hotel would be perfect. The view is amazing and the pools are amazing especially the alberca infinity.

Excelente trato del personal. Hotel muy buenas instalaciones
