The A/C in the room didn't work. The first they sent the maintenance guy 4 times, and it didn't work, the next day no A/C at all. They said the A/C wasn't working at all. The view was amazing, the front desk, the restaurant, the pool area people, they were all friendly and fast service.

I understand the city went through a CAT 5 Hurricane in November 2023. The only issue to address is the A/C. Tourists will not be confortable with an average temperature of 78 degrees. You must push the issue until you get a room with proper working A/C. Having said that, you MUST keep doors, sliding doors and curtains closed CORRECTLY at all times for your A/C to reach proper temperature (71° to 73°), if you do your part; your room will cool down properly. SERVICE is great!!! Food at the hotel is amazing. Property and amenities are good. Enjoy your vacation!!!
