Did not eat breakfast ; room was not very clean, staff was friendly. However, we had an issue with charged. They straightened it out, but it should not have happened. There was no ice machine on the first floor which was not user friendly for the handicapped Z( as I am). I will not stay here again.

Breakfast was terrible! gravy was more like water, bisquets were hard as rock, butter frozen and sausage was greasy. I was sick to my tummy by time got back to room. several others complained about breakfast while we were trying to eat. But you get what you pay for!

The staff tried to help us as best they could, but there was no redeeming the condition of this property. Our room was supposed to have a fridge, it did not. It was supposed to have a television, which it had, but could not be used because of a nonworking remote. The staff offered us another room, but when we went in, it had crickets all over the floor. We asked for a refund for the second night of our stay since we were not staying another night but so far our appeal has not been acted upon. Shame on Quality Inn

First of all, this is a motel, not a hotel. It is old and run-down, in need of repair, and wreaks of smoke, even in our non-smoking room. I would not stay there again, nor recommend it to anyone else. If you're in a bind and this is your only option, the a/c gets plenty cold and the water gets plenty hot.
