My family and I stopped here on our way to Angel Fire Resort and truly enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was delicious, and our kids were able to eat for free, which was a huge plus. They also have a bar on-site. I’d especially like to commend the staff for calling us to let us know my husband had left his work laptop behind. Incredible staff…we are truly grateful.

The bathroom had hair all over the counter and shower tub. There were stains in the curtains. There were also stains in the shower tub. The pillows were terrible! Definitely needs to be cleaned better. And new pillows.

My son goes to college at HSU thats close to this hotel! Price is $220.00 per night an no food included, an on top a $50.00 dollar deposit,in witch i think is out radges, shes smelled clean but had spots on them at least this time the AC worked! The staf is not friendly at all

The Television did not work. By the time we discovered it , it was too late to fix. Also, there was not a phone in the room. Had to go down to the lobby to report the issues and was told that some of the rooms did not have phones because they did not work. Not very safe if you have an emergency in the room and you could not call the front desk.

Overall the Hotel is nice and very clean! The main issue we had both times we have stayed at this location was the TV. The first time a new remote solved the problem after 1 night. Unfortunately this stay's TV experience was Terrible as we were unable to watch anything on the second night and morning following even after someone had come up to the room on the first night and worked on the connection. I feel after spending 509.00 for a 2 night stay in a 2 queen room with my family that the TV should never be an issue. I have traveled for years, own 2 time shares and have stayed at may resorts and Holiday Inn establishments and I feel that IHG Corporate should be aware that this property has issues. I travel from the Dallas area often due to the college being in close proximity when I visit my child and will strongly consider another hotel in the 3 weeks when I plan to return again. Thank you.
