We did not stay for breakfast, but it smelled good. Room was big and roomy. Only one elevator in operation. Door to our room would not lock. Maintenance came and worked on it. Still had to slam it really hard to get it to lock. Noon checkout is nice. We would stay there again.

Eleganté was very clean and staff was friendly. Beds were comfortable. Decor and overall aesthetic needs updating. Walls were thin and could hear neighbors and traffic. Our hot water was more like warm. Our room faced the mall, I’m sure if we had the other side noise level would have been better. This hotel has tons of potential. Location was great for us

Room was spotless abd really comfortable. Great location. I had an issue with the TV and within minutes it was addressed. Happy Hour was a great touch and the breakfast was amazing! Cooked and served with a friendly smile!

The hotel was clean, and the staff were awesome. The rooms were nice, plenty of room for myself and two teens. Complimentary breakfast was on point and made to order if requested. Room service or dine in was exceptional. I also accidentally left a small bag in the room, and they were so kind as to mail it back to me. I recommend this hotel and will be returning!
