VRBO made our rental easy to manage. Host replied when we realized we had not received the door code. Location to our event was great. Kids were able to play Wii games which was nice. The home was not cleaned and rental ready even though we paid upon booking the reservation 4 months in advance. Beds, towels and dishes were clean but the rest definitely needed attention, especially kitchen appliances. Upstair bedroom entry has trip hazard due to carpet pulled up in doorways. Rules specified no parties yet someone in small building behind the home had a party until 2am with very loud music.
