Nice condo, parking is minimal, lots of people

The entrance is not very inviting, was a bunch of unsavory looking people around, and no one bothered us. Just crowds of people out front the building and in lobby, tenants, I assume. Elevator /hallway dirty carpets Underground parking area trashy and dark , people hanging out there no entrance to building from parking. I paid to park in a garage a block away as there is no visitor parking on site. Apt clean and fresh No dressers, 1 closet, no hangers 3-4in gap under condo entrance door.. had to block with towels and chairs Shower clean and modernish. There is a water pump in one of the bathrooms, I assume was an add-on. There was no hot water for the last 12 hours of our stay, assumed it was a building problem didnt make a fuss as we were going to bed and leaving in the morning. The kitchen is nice. Overall, it's a decent place, no problems

We could not get into the condo because we did not get the door code. All attempts to contact the owners (and Expedia) were automated and there was no resolve and we had to rent a hotel room. The property (outside of the actual condo) smelled of saturated urine. To date, I have not received a refund from either the condo owner nor Expedia. I urge you to not stay here!
