No coffee offered in the lobby as advertised, the hall ways smell of weed. There is definitely a sketch vibe. Had to put chair in front of the door. Staff are ok they say its a non smoking hotel but the smell says other wise.

They never brought up the blanket my mom requested. Someone almost came in our room in the middle of the night while the door was locked and thank God for the additional lock being on the door. Nickel and dimed for additional options (i.e. Breakfast, snacks machines far from room. Several guess with PIT BULLS and other dangerous pets

I booked Motel 6 thorough hotels.com, the booking was confirmed and paid in full. On arrival at the hotel, it turned out there were about 60 other customers waiting in line to check in. It took about two hours before i got to the desk, where i have found out that my booking was cancelled by the hotel and i was told i can buy a night (for a higher price) now to stay in. This was not a good experience and I didn't stay there.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE
I’ve traveled for years for work. This is the MOST disgusting experience of my life and I mean scary movie disgusting. No pillow cases, the bed and pillows smelled like BO and cigarettes. The bed felt like it had fleas or bed bugs. The fridge was broken. It was so disgusting my daughter pulled her hoodie up as not to make contact with the fabric that appeared to not actually being cleaned ever. The white sheets were grey. When we arrived they told us everyone’s reservation was cancelled and we could book the room on an as is basis for 2x (approx) our reservation amount. My clothes that I slept in smelled like a homeless person just from the contact with the sheets. I’m cancelling our return reservation. This was the most disgusting thing I may have ever dealt with in my life. I’m not being overly dramatic. The walls appeared to have black mold and the desk had the sides ripped off so you could see the cheap particle board underneath. It felt like an “hourly” hotel in the movies.

Made reservation through expedia. Showed up and was told there was no availability at 1230 after standing in line at the property for over an hour and a half. Hotel only had one employee working the front desk and they prioritized customers with Delta missed flight vouchers over customers with reservations.
