We arrived to the hotel to find a long line for checking. Only one erson was attending and taking about 20 minutes with each person. We ended up without a roon and having to return to the airport. We also ended up paying for Uber to get to the hotel. Arrived there at 1:40a.m. ended up returning to Airport at 3:00a.m. l While we were there two gentlemen were sent to rooms that were occupied already. We request a refund.

The room did feel dejected. It was really Old and outdated. The carpets in the lobby weren't clean, and the floors in the room Didn't feel clean. The balcony doors were old, and I didn't feel safe. There was no breakfast included, and I paid more for this room than I did at Holiday Inn Express, which had a great breakfast. The staff at night was uninterested. The beds were ok, but had flat sheets instead of fitted, and there was NO hot water in the shower. I had to take a cold shower. All-in-all, a dump. The only good thing? The shuttle Driver was awesome.

The only issue I had was that the floor was dusty and there was hair throughout, on the floor as well, from the bathroom to the bed area. Checking in was easy. Maybe took five minutes. The staff got straight to the point. I didn't know about paid parking but it's 7 bucks a day, so not bad.

I don't know how this hotel has a "good" rating. The pictures are horribly deceiving. It looks like you're getting a recently updated hotel but the updates are horribly shoddy. The common areas are dirty, the hallways reek of smoke and weed, the elevator smelled like a urinal. The room itself wasn't horribly dirty at first glance, although walking barefoot on the floors and the bottoms of my feet were filthy. The bed only had 2 very flat pillows and when I asked for extra pillows they brought me 1 and said that's all they could give. There were no accessible rooms available so it was a struggle for my husband to maneuver in the room with his wheelchair. Walls are paper thin so you hear everything happening in the halls and next door. The bathroom toilet paper roll was missing the dispenser so the toilet paper was just set on the counter. There was only 1 washcloth and hand towel provided and the corners of the bathroom were filthy. I booked this because the ratings were so high but that was far from our experience there. Don't believe the the glowing reviews unless your standards are way lower than mine. Oh - and zero amenities. No breakfast, coffee "bar" is a joke, and parking is extra.
