Disappointed in my stay at the Riu palace antillas , my room had no wifi, I was told I wasn’t able to eat at the buffet during the day because there was no space. Restaurants are not by reservation so we weren’t able to try 3 out of 4 restaurants. Completely defeated the purpose of an all inclusive. And much more Beach was stunning though

We had an amazing stay at the Majestic elegant All-Inclusive Hotel! The staff en special the entertainment team muńeca,michelle and pepa,were incredibly friendly and always went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The food offered plenty of variety, the drinks were great, and everything was kept clean and well maintained. The pools, beach, and entertainment made every day enjoyable. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. We would definitely recommend this resort and would love to come back!

Horrible Experience — Hard Rock Hotel Punta Cana Needs Serious Attention Our stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Punta Cana was extremely disappointing. For a hotel carrying the Hard Rock name and reputation, the condition of this property and the level of service were nowhere near the standards I would expect from an internationally recognized brand. The maintenance and overall condition of the buildings are not up to par. There are areas throughout the property that clearly need attention and investment. Hard Rock corporate seriously needs to send someone to this property to evaluate what is happening and bring the resort back up to the standards expected from the Hard Rock brand. The food quality was also disappointing. With the size and reputation of this resort, I expected much better quality and consistency. The customer service was one of the biggest problems. Staff generally seemed to do the bare minimum, and getting basic issues addressed was unnecessarily difficult. Our room was not cleaned for 3–4 days, despite us calling repeatedly every day to request housekeeping. That is completely unacceptable for a resort of this caliber. We also had significant problems with one of our rooms. The TV did not work and the phone did not work, meaning we couldn't even call the front desk from the room to report problems. We had to find other ways to get assistance. Another guest in our group had termites in their room. From our understanding, the situation was handled by providing

Our family really enjoyed the property. The rooms were clean, the staff was exceptionally friendship, the food was excellent and the amenities was everything we needed. We traveled with teenagers and there was something to do for everyone. From the night club to the parties on the beach wet had a ball. We can't wait to go back next year.
