Our room was clean. The staff are friendly.
The food was good, with variety at both the buffet and the individual restaurants.
The beach is outstanding, and the reason we keep returning. It has shade areas and sun, with clean, soft, white sand. It is a wonderful, relaxing view of the continuous blue waves.

Even though I got there early, I had to wait until about 5:PM for my room. Each time I approached the desk was told my room was not yet ready. My son was with me, began to say that he was not coming back. Furthermore, this trip was the 4th for this year. As a registered RIU member, better courtesy should have been extended to us!
