It Was a excellent vacation start to finish very good value for your money

Staff and customer service was amazing, the grounds are beautiful. The food is delicious. Highly recommend staying at this beautiful resort located right on the beach.

- The room was very nice and comfortable. - The staff was okay but not customer-friendly at all. - Upon entering the resort, I was pulled aside and given misleading information. I was offered a gift and told it was not a sales event, just a breakfast with a manager in a nicer section. However, when I showed up the next day, I was taken to the club area for a sales event. When I refused to attend, one of the staff members spoke to me very rudely and essentially asked me to leave. This felt like a sleazy sales tactic, especially since I had clearly stated I was not interested in any sales or marketing event. - The resort is not fully functional, and there were many men doing repairs. This is understandable considering what the island recently went through.

The room was ok but is out dated, there were only 3 outlets in the bedroom area none of which is a USB and only 1 beside the bed. The TV is very small and picture quality is poor. The food quality and drinks at NYAM buffet was terrible.

The food quality and drinks at NYAM buffet was terrible.

Our family had a wonderful stay. All rooms have a beach view that is magnificent. Staff is friendly and helpful. We found lounge chairs and shade everyday we went to the beach.

The room couldn't be better, the staff was incredibly and the place was simply amazing.
