Muy bueno

The hotel itself is really nice and the room was clean. I booked the elite club and honestly, I would say it’s not worth it unless you are getting a swim up room I didn’t really see anything that would make it an elite experience. Our room was on the third floor and it’s a walk up no elevators getting room service was a hassle at some point getting room service took over two hours and if you’re gonna stay here, I would definitely brush up on some Spanish. A lot of the staff couldn’t really speak English so to just help communicate learn some Spanish phrases. the food was pretty good, I loved that they had an ice cream parlor. However, the ice cream wasn’t the greatest, but at least they had an ice cream parlor lol they also have a small café in the lobby, which was really cool. My only real issue is it felt like you had to tip in order to get good service. at an all-inclusive I am paying that price so I don’t have to worry about tipping. There were tip jars everywhere. I understand everyone needs to make their money however the resort is not cheap. By the time you know it, you spent $100 in tips for your entire vacation. Also, I got $1700 usd resort credits from Expedia which the Hotel told me was not worth USD although it said it was and I couldn’t actually use those credits anywhere.
