The property is beautiful! It could use some TLC with external painting and structure updating. The staff were all helpful and friendly. For some reason there was a shortage on wash clothes.

The property is beautiful and has a lot of glamour rooms are wonderful and spa was amazing. Traveling here at their peak season not a great idea due to shuttle service being limited around the resort and overcrowded. Restaurants can’t accommodate you because they are booked up, places running out of certain foods. Food was just ok and entertainment was not great. Waterpark was really great kids had wonderful time but other than that most other kid activities you had to pay they are not expensive though.

Resort was fantastic and staff were friendly! Good at all restaurants 5 out of 5!

What a wonderful time we had during our stay at Excellence Punta Cana,everything was pure bliss. My boyfriend and I enjoyed ourselves so much that we’re already planning our return. The atmosphere was exactly what we wanted: relaxing, refreshing, and the perfect setting to enjoy quality time together. A huge highlight was the Hibachi at Spice. Jorgy put on such a fun and unique performance that stood out from any other hibachi we’ve been to, full of humor and that special DR touch. Truly a must-try in person! Special thanks to Claudia, Plata, Carmen, and Papi for going above and beyond with their amazing service and warmth. We can’t wait to come back. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

The staff is what makes this property so special. Especially, Jose-Rafael (steakhouse waiter), Ezequiel (Japanese restaurant waiter), Emmanuel Quezada (restaurant supervisor), Vanessa (restaurant hostess), Reyes (busser). I would add more names but am limited because of the space. The staff is incredible and they all deserve a raise. We plan on going back, hopefully next year. The food was excellent and the ambiance. The hotel was impeccable. I feel sad when people make bad reviews about your property. We have traveled many places around the world and this is one of the best experiences we have ever had. For the price this is an excellent place to stay. It’s not a 5 star resort but a great place to get away relax and enjoy the beach. The service was good the food was good and the stay was relaxing.
