Property is beautiful. A little overpriced for what is there but understandable being a resort. Incorrect charge for our room so look at your bill precisely when checking out. Room was nice had to plug in the lamp for it to work on one side. Was very clean though.

This was unlike other Embassy Stay. Not enough staff and it appeared the staff who were working were overwhelmed. Did not do room service one day at all. Everything appeared to be limited like breakfast items, cutlery, and even basic amenities like water. The only good is location. Again, this must be an older property rebranded to up charge customers. At least it felt like that. Probably won’t stay again due to lack of everything. Even the gym equipment were not operational. Sad.

This was my 3rd time staying at Riverside Inn. I love how it’s walking distance to everything. The rooms are confiable with a great view. The in house restaurant was excellent. Front desk staff and valet were very helpful. We took advantage of the happy hour on the porch. It’s the best place to stay in Savannah.

We enjoyed our little family getaway to Callaway Gardens and the accommodations and staff lived up to all the reviews I previously viewed on TikTok:)

The staff were very friendly and accommodating; especially with our last minute changes to our travel. Super nice.
