The room is small but very comfortable.

Upgrade to the ocean view and suite was absolutely worth it! Accommodating staff, great breakfast, and a stellar room. Love these folks.

Easy check in and clean room

This is our 5th time staying at The Edgewater. We love the service provided, the cleanliness and decor of the room, and the amazing walks on the beach thanks to the direct access provided.

Rag was very friendly and very helpful. It is a great place to stay. Great place to stay on a budget. Nice walking distance for old orchard ⛱️.

We had a wonderful time. The views were spectacular. Room was a nice size and very clean. The only this I advise is if you have trouble climbing stairs please ask for the first floor rooms. Had to carry our heavy luggage up 2 flights of stairs. But the view from the upper floors is great.

This place is deceiving from the outside. When you pull in it appears to be like any other roadside motel. Oh no, how could they charge these rates for a motel! Clean and spacious room. Beautiful property.

The suite was updated, clean and quiet. The staff was exceptional with coffee galore in the office. Grounds beautiful but too cold this fall for swimming.

Nice, comfortable room, attentive and friendly staff, very nice complimentary breakfast (although "continental breakfast", there were hard boiled eggs, fresh fruit and yogurt options that were a welcome addition).

Room was great and very spacious. Played some backgammon in the lobby with some hot chocolate :) Breakfast at Raspberri’s Restaurant was great too!

There was what appeared to be black mold in the shower where the tub & tile met.

The hotel is consistently a great place to stay. We stay there at least 2 long vacations a year.

Staff is so sweet and accommodating! This was our second time here and we definitely will be back again!

Wonderful staff, the inn is beautiful great area with lots of shops and restaurants nearby.

Clan and comfortable. Bathroom fan was loud.

The owners were friendly and helpful. Beds and linens clean. The room though needed basic maintenance. Sink drain stopper disconnected and toilet seat loose. Hot water slow, air conditioner a little weak.
