The room was very clean. The bed was not comfortable and the breakfast was your basic bagels and muffins. Not what we were expecting for the price and not what we’ve been getting at other bed and breakfast. Barely talked to or saw any staff. For the rate we paid I’d been better off at a hotel.

Very nice Historical Hotel. There was literature around that told of the Hotel and area. The Management and Staff was very friendly and happy. You could tell they Love their job and are Happy to help or answer any questions. We felt very At Home

As the oldest Inn in Maine, we enjoyed the fact that the owners and manager were proud of their inn. You can tell that they value the place for it place in history, as well as take the time to keep the decor and as much of the Inn in original condition, while still keeping a clean, family friendly place to stay.

It had a very homey feeling and the owner was kind and very attentive. Fresh coffee every morning was a plus😊😊

Loved the historic property! Room was quaint and very clean. Received a warm welcome and kind goodbye from the manager/hostess.

Cute bed and breakfast with friendly staff who are very accomodating. No tvs in room but there is a tv in the common room to use. Within walking distance of the pier, the beach, and palace playland. They also have beach gear if you forget something and beach towels at the ready.

Loved the house. Older but very comfortable. Staff were able to provide information about the area.

It was a very clean, comfortable room within walking distance to downtown and the beach.

Great little B&B. A two min walk to everything, but tucked away from the hustle a bustle. Wish we could have spent more than 1 night. Staff was super friendly and helpful too.

Built in 1730, very nice with wood beams and floors. Staff was very nice and friendly. Close to the beach & amusement park, just a short walk. 12 miles from Kenny Bunk Port.

People not welcoming or friendly. Breakfast was enjoyed and tasty. Room was not very nice and was in need of update.

Nice place to stay. Short walk to the beach and commercial area. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice continental breakfast. Historic building, so room was a little small. Freshly baked cookies available in the afternoon.

If I get a chance to go to Maine against, I'd definitely stay there again . Recommend it highly

Hotel charming, clean. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Nice variety of items for breakfast. Great location

Seriously, the toilet paper was pathetic. The sheets were scratchy and perfumed and affected by sleep negatively until the proprietor suggested washing them without soap and without scent--but not without letting me know with some disdain that in 12 years she had never had this complaint. Tub was slippery, with no tub mat, so I used a towel for safety. The bed frame was crooked and squeaky. Breakfast was okay--but no hot items except toast and coffee. One window was rigged not to open, the other's rigging was broken, so the first-floor room was not secure. Basically, I think the place is overpriced, and Old Orchard Beach has seen better days.

When we booked only one room was available each night so we're stayed in two rooms and they moved our luggage for us. Enjoyed EVERYTHING... BUT NO hot chocolate-- next time!

Thanks for your feed back. I do make the muffins here fresh every week. And hoping to change some beds out soon! The owner hasn't had it for long.We are trying to make it better.
