PROSThis space is so close to the pier and downtown OOB, it's very nice for families. I appreciate that there was off-street parking available for our vehicle, and an option for a second car if needed at an overflow lot. We appreciated the amount of space. Although it was off season, we noticed they did have beach chairs and toys in the closets to make life a little easier for traveling. It is convenient to have laundry if needed. Plenty of towels, spare blankets and pillows. Bathrooms are spacious. The unit was clean, views were spectacular. Host answered questions quickly!CONSIt was a little confusing to figure out how to get to the unit once parked. The check out times on the PDF instructions and VRBO differed and there were two phone #'s on the PDF instructions and a third by message which was confusing. Some of the doors were difficult to open and/or lock for access to the balconies and some of the furniture and blackout shades had a lot of wear and tear. Hot water takes a long time to turn on and scorches you once it's hot. Indoor pool was down for maintenance.
