Had a great experience here! We mostly used it as a place to sleep since there’s so much to do in the area, but it was exactly what we needed — comfortable and convenient. The staff was welcoming and informative. They took time to get to know guests and gave helpful recommendations for things to do locally. The location is fantastic — just cross the street and it’s about a one-minute walk to the beach. Would definitely stay again if we’re back in the area!

Loved This Place!

We stayed here for four nights for a baseball tournament and would definitely stay again. Lisa and Peter are fabulous hosts. The property was very clean and well maintained and the boys enjoyed the pool area and the adults had a great time hanging out on the patio and grilling both day and night. All of the employees were very friendly and the location is perfect for all of the fun that Old Orchard Beach has to offer. We hope to stay here again! The room and things in it were clean. But it was much smaller than we anticipated and the sink in the bathroom wasn't working. That said, the owner came in right away and fixed it quickly. The pool was a perk too!
