Great stay!!!

Great hotel and location and very welcoming staff! Right by the beach and a good amount of restaurants nearby to walk to. It’s not far from Portland and other cities if you wanna drive to different locations. The only issue was being on the 1st floor you can hear the room above walking around and at times it was loud and woke us up.

Good location, within a 5 min walk to the beach and 5-10 to the amusement park and main center. It’s an older hotel that’s been renovated. Rooms are nice size, yet the tv is small and the two chairs are uncomfortable and could be replaced with a couch. Bathroom was tiny and shower stall was small, but had a nice low flow toilet. Nice refrigerator and microwave.internet was slow-under 20 and no TV channels so you have to login to your own app accounts. . It was adequate for a weekend but I would not stay there for a week.

We liked how close we were to the beach and that we could walk everywhere. Shirley was wonderful. What we didn't like was the coffee in the room and we thought someone would come in to make the bed and change the towels while we were out but no one did. That's ok but we just didn't know. All in all we had a pleasant visit, would stay here again and already recommended On The Beach to another couple. Thank you.
