Beautiful spacious 2 bedroom with one additional COT, both bedrooms are queen beds. This newly renovated apartment is just a short walk to the beach. This apartment has one roof over deck with ocean views. Large bathroom with laundry included, full kitchen with dashwasher, large living room space with A/C included, private rear deck in the back. Large side yard for playing sports. Please note we only book SATURDAY TO SATURDAY.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a dining table.

First Time on Fern

This property was even nicer than we expected. It was the perfect location for our needs, near the Seaside Pavilion. Peaceful beach decor and spacious rooms. Best of all (to my mind at least) was the washer and dryer! We hope to return.

This is a wonderful property, close to the downtown area and beach. A lovely deck, spacious, accommodation, full bathroom, kitchen dining area. Wonderful communication with property manager. Absolutely recommended!
