staff very friendly except the person who was on charge in the morning with the breakfast, was all the time on the phone no even offer help for people with the coffee maker, toaster etc. many got confuse but she was more focus on her cell phone

The hotel was nice, and the staff were very helpful. The heated pool was amazing after a long day of travel! I gave 4 stars because the in-room air conditioning unit was very loud, and without it, the room got hot and stuffy overnight. Sleep was difficult.
