Close to Knotts and restaurants, friendly staff and hot waffles for breakfast included. Room was clean minus some spots but overall plenty good for the price. We felt safe and clean the entire trip and didn't have any complaints about the beds or look of the rooms.

The hotel stsff was very nice. The room is spacious, beds comfortable and water was hot. Our room did have a weird smell like someone left something in the fridge but we were only there for like 15 hours so it was fine.
