Great hotel. Although it is rather dated, you can tell they take pride in their property. Very clean, orderly, safe and serene vibe throughout. Beds were clean and comfy. Room and bathroom overall very adequate. Lots of parking. Grab-and-go breakfast added a nice touch as well.

Breakfast options were waffles, yogurt, oatmeal, croissants and variety of pastry and muffins and bagels. They had hard boiled eggs. We needed protein so we got McDonalds nearby (sausage egg McMuffins were 2 for 6). The coffee was excellent with coffee mate creamer. Maybe next time also have half and half. The staff was very friendly and helpful (we needed extra towels and they got them right away). Beds were comfy with cotton sheets and feather pillow's. I can’t stand it when hotels don’t do 100 percent cotton sheets. This one had cotton so I was a happy camper. All in all a very good hotel to rest at night. We did Disneyland so we weren’t there except for breakfast and to sleep. I appreciated the security guard that circled the parking lot and I appreciated that the outside was kept up too. There were flowers and grass was green. The drive to Disneyland was about 30 minutes.

It was disappointing, I booked 3 rooms with 11 guests. The property states free breakfast and the pictures show a dining area with chafing trays to indicate there will be some proteins but there is not. Only breads and Waffles and Cereal. I felt the picture on their website is deceiving. Also, none of the soda machines worked on any floors and on my floor 3 the ice machine was broken. The beds were comfortable, and the place appeared clean.

Receptionist was bad

The receptionist was tough to handle with no proper communication or reception from him. It’s only that guy who is not at all eligible to be a receptionist. We have booked for 3 night stay, but we have to request him to renew the access card each day for 3 days with weired look from him.
