Sometimes staff can be hit or miss at this location, but this time, everyone was very welcoming and friendly, especially the housekeeping team and the breakfast crew. Room was clean and parking convenient. The pool and hot tub were clean and nicely lit at night. Only ding was that the rear entryway required a room key to access was a bit hesitant to work. Some finesse and patience was needed and after a few tries the door would unlock. Great facility overall!

The refrigerator was loud and gradually got louder until midnight when it woke me up sounding like it was going to explode. I had to unplug it. Room 405 I was on the fourth floor and the elevator was out of order part of my stay.
