The overall stay was decent. The check in was easy and the staff was helpful. This hotel is a bit “seasoned” and needs a little updating, but even with older interior the hotel was clean and the bed and pillows were very cozy. The gift shop was convenient and the attendant was really nice. The food was basic but still good. The rooms don’t have a microwave or refrigerator in them but you can request them upon arrival which is great. The location is the best. Right next to the freeway and so many restaurants and stores. The free shuttle was so helpful getting to Disneyland, but they only run in the morning and the evening so no pick ups or drop offs during lunch time. I would stay here again.

Bleak. Shabby. Lobby is presentable but the hallways and the rooms are in poor condition with nasty old carpet, wallpaper falling off the walls, broken light fixture in the hallway, hot tub closed down, laundry room out of order. Toilet did not flush, mold on the caulking job around the tub. Breakfast is pathetic. Close to Disneyland, which is about the only thing this place has going for it. Just barely satisfactory.

Terrible place! We understood from the first place this was a hotel that needs renovations. We didn’t mind knowing we would be in the Disney parks all our stay. Cleaning staff was very nice and the shuttle drivers were amazing! Night before our Disneyland visit we bought dinner left it in our room to run to the store. When we came back our room door was not opening. Front desk receptionist came with a machine trying to get the door to open. Nothing worked. Her words “unfortunately I can’t do anything about it you will have to stay in another room for the night.” Our plan was leaving early to get to the parks early. I asked the receptionist to please get ahold of her manager and in her words “I am not going to call the manager for this.” My children’s diapers, wipes, medicine were in the room for the whole night. Including our dinner. So you can imagine how upsetting that was. She was rude as if this was my problem not hers. She “promised” compensation. We spent money to plan this trip all the way from New Mexico. We wanted to take advantage of the whole day at the park and we didn’t. THERE IS NO COMMUNICATION BETWEEN STAFF. The next morning no one in the front desk knew what was happening. We of course missed the first shuttle to the park because our door was still not open. The new receptionist said we would be compensated for one night because it only affected us one night. It affected our whole trip. They refused giving a phone number to contact the manager.

None of the outlets were working the air conditioner/heater that did not work we had to move the TV to a working Outlet so we can watch tv! It looks like to need peed on the wall next to the headboard of the bed! The only good thing about this hotel was the shuttle that doesn't run all day by the way!

I called a day in advance to let staff know I would be checking in late, after midnight, as I was driving up from Marysville. Staff said not a problem and they would make note on my reservations. Upon checkin staff member named Lacee checked us in, but before she checked us in she had an attitude and said, “I’m finishing my night audits right now and I will check you in after.” Left me with no choice so I said sure. But no time frame or communication when check in would happen. I don’t know what is done for night audits so no clue on when it would be done. I had my little kids with me and everyone was tired as it was 2am. Her lack of sympathy and unawareness of my situation really left an impression on me. Not even to offer water or ask how she can even help make the kids more comfortable while waiting. Also, breakfast.No meat options on the first morning there.No bacon or sausages as an option for a basic free breakfast. Which is usually the standard.However, Sat morning had sausages so not sure if the inconsistency was on purpose. Our room had a phone that didn’t even work. We needed more towels and couldn’t even call front desk. I had to ask my eldest to walk down from the 4th floor to get our own towels. One of my kiddos got car sick and I needed to wash a small blanket.However,the washers and dryers were all out of order. Yes, you pay for what you get for but even at the lowest rate good customer service is just a basic. Most things “offered” were not available

Will always stay here when we go to Disneyland we love the front desk staff and the staff always helpful. Even though the property is a little dated it will always be our go to

Upon early arrival (that was offered as an add in at inline checkin) was not available the continental breakfast was interesting including thawed frozen waffles. Once a room was finally available the phone had no phone cord or buttons the bigger room lamp was broken so I walked back down stairs to complain only to be told they were sold out so they can notate it after further inspection noticed the tv had a broken spot on it and the bathroom was flithy we laid towels down everywhere to avoid the dirtiness from getting on our feet when you walked the hall to get to the ice machine the room doors were dirty poorly painted the elevator floor looked nasty last night there uoon returning the floor was filled with weed smoke and was too tired to go back down to the lobby for them to do nothing 10/10 would not recommend or stay there ever again
