I'm sky member and it wasn't to bad this flight
I got delayed at immigration and United were magnificent in actually holding the plane until I made it through. Eternally grateful
Will try Chiba air experience soon!
I don't usually fly United--as generally for many years the best prices have been Delta coupled with South China Airlines. Seems seats were smaller, including the armrests, making them uncomfortable. Little choice in beverages and the coffee was undrinkable. Food not as good as other airlines--kind of old fashioned actually. The last leg was on a tiny almost decrepit plane--it looked like the old iffy choices I often had city jumping in Africa.
Flight was very comfortable. However food was not the strong point for Air China. The flight attendants were fantastic and it compensated a bit the experience with food.
