A very peaceful flight and we arrived early

Apr 20, 2018

The process to get on the upgrade list or change seats at the gate could have been better. I inquired about a seat change on a flight that was half full and could not do it.

Air China is fine - Flight attendants are not mean but not that nice either. Food options need to improve and have more diverse options. No wifi and need better - well newer movies - they had a one or two but not many - they start board process too late so you never leave on time. check in online was slow and hard to figure out how to get too but it was fine once you found it - however it sucks you can't check in ONE time for your total trip - you have to check in for each flights if you have a layover - that is a pain - overall the airline is fine - you get what you pay for
