The line on my second boarding took a while; not sure if that could have been avoided.

I was told my plane would co.e i at the same terminal in Chicago as the one I was to connect to.going to Colorado Springs. It didn't! I, at 71 with a 5 yr old and a small.bag, had to RUN aboit 2.5 mikes from one terminal to another. It took me almost 25 minutes and onky made my flight because the plane was delayed. IT WAS AWFUL! I have not had to do that in years!! And No, there were no transportation carriers around. Awful! United should be ashame.
