Small flight, quick trip, although we taxied for 20 minutes once we landed.

Dec 28, 2019

Flight late so rebooked which went well. Fortunately upgraded to first class...very nice 👍

Jan 30, 2019

My original flight out of Chicago was cancelled due to weather. When I called it only took 5 mins for them to move.me to a different flight that left an hour or so later than the original one. Very friendly staff. I was very happy with this airline's service

Jan 26, 2019

Roomy seating, will strongly consider United Airlines

Nov 24, 2018

Everything was great

Nov 9, 2018

Just really pleased with the whole flight

Oct 22, 2018

Plane delayed 2 hours plus due to weather - but made (barely) connecting flight to Paris. Wheel chair assistance in Chicago was key!

Sep 2, 2018

charging ports in waiting area and at my seat. Always had to worry about my phone running out of power and finding a place to plug in. More stressful than anything having to do with the flight

Jun 25, 2018

the Embraer 175 was very uncomfortable

Jun 3, 2018

It was great we landed early. A bummer we had to wait on the runway for 25 minutes before we got to our gate.
