Clinton National Airport - Seattle - Tacoma Intl.
Anyone living in Little Rock who's interested in sampling fresh seafood and experiencing the urban vibe in the Pacific Northwest can book a trip to Seattle. After you depart the Bill and Hillary Clinton National Airport (LIT), it will take six hours to fly from Little Rock to Seattle/Tacoma.
Seattle's downtown district is where many hotels, restaurants and retail stores are concentrated. You can also visit the Seattle Art Museum, have lunch at the Pike Place Market and grab a coffee at the original Starbucks on 1st Avenue and Pike Street. Heading under Highway 99 can bring you to the Seattle Aquarium, the Ferris wheel known as the Seattle Great Wheel and one of the many harbors from which ferry boats and cruise ships depart for destinations across the Puget Sound and beyond. Pioneer Square, a neighborhood with buildings that feature 19th-century architecture, is south of downtown and has several bars and nightclubs. This neighborhood can get loud after fans pour out of nearby Safeco Field and Century Link Field where the Mariners and Seahawks play.
The area is served by the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA). Summers are pleasant with temperatures in the 70s. Winters can be rainy and cold with daytime highs in the 40s. The city is quite walkable, but the Link Light Rail and the public bus systems are very convenient if you prefer public transportation.
