I thought it was great overall, just don't agree with charging extra to check luggage and would also recommend adding a foot rest bar under seats to help with comfort.
Crew did a great job.
United Express roomy and clean.
A trip from Reno-Tahoe International Airport (RNO) to Chicago is less than four hours if you take a direct flight. The airport is a short distance from downtown Reno, right on the I-80 and Highway 395 interchange. Take the city's RTC Ride to the baggage claim, or take one of the many hotel shuttles or paid shuttles for extra convenience. Fly from Reno to Chicago for a quick weekend getaway that's affordable and convenient.
If you want to do as the Chicago locals do, take the trek to Little Italy and University Village. The Gold Coast is immediately north of downtown and sprawls along the shores of Lake Michigan. Head down Oak Street, where you'll find some of the city's finest shopping establishments and upscale restaurants. Day or night, the Navy Pier is one of the most beloved and timeless spots in Chicago. Over 50 acres of restaurants, museums and carnival rides make this a great place.
Spring provides the mildest weather with temperatures sticking close to the 60s. Summer is humid with temperatures in the 80s, and winter is quite cold and snowy with average temperatures in the 20s and 30s. After flying to O'Hare International Airport (ORD), you'll find that taxis are popular, but the train system provides the most speed and convenience. If festivals are your thing, take part in the Winter Celebration in Lights, the famous St Patrick's Day parade, and its coinciding green river, and Chicago Summerdance.
