Traveled with my 86 year old gramma, and the staff was so patient and helpful with wheelchair service, fast security check, early boarding, and w/c waiting at our destination. They got her to the curb till our ride arrived.

The staff at check in were wonderful I just had surgery and the lady lifted my bag and was more than happy to help.

Exceptional customer service checking in

Jun 12, 2019

The flights were fine and the service on the flights was nice. However, we were very unhappy with airline staff when our flight from Buffalo to Washington was cancelled. We were not given a new flight until the next morning; United refused to put us up in a hotel while we waited for the new flight. My husband, who is ill and elderly, and I had to sit in the airport all night. The restaurants closed at 8 pm. Needless to say it was very inconvenient and uncomfortable. Thank you for listening. Not sure if my frequent flier information was correctly conveyed to United. If not, that would be a major disappointment.
