We didn’t get to utilize the continental breakfast. Loved the Nespresso machine in the room. It’s a beautiful property, but we ended up with a rolled up used tissue in the bed so that kind of put me off on the cleanliness part and then we had to wait well over an hour after check-in to be able to go to our room because it wasn’t ready yet. Also the handheld shower in our room did not work. Overall, for a one night day it was fine, but I don’t know that I would necessarily rebook based on what I paid and qualities/efficiency/cleanliness.

The bathroom sink was clogged when I got into the room. The roller was missing from the microwave plate. There was no sponge for the kitchen sink. Stains on the carpet. The pool was closed the first two days of my visit due to chemical issues. The pool looked like it needed to be scrubbed. The parking lot is small and someone damaged my side mirror. I had to call the local police so the hotel would release the camera footage. On a positive note, the location is central to everyone I was visiting and close to I-485. Lots of food options.

I came for a concert, to help with the crowd/overflow on the elevators, they had elevator operator's to assist. What an amazing idea. Good job The Westin!!!!
