Flights Review

Jan 21, 2020

There was no free checked bag. I paid extra.

Dec 1, 2019

Everything was good. Flew out of Denver and was thankful for no charge to switch flight times due to the storm.

Aug 12, 2019

The wheel chair assistance at DEN and PIT airports was amazing!! We couldn't have flown without it!

Jun 22, 2019

Could certainly use extra room between seats. Barely get into seat and couldn’t read a magazine cause wouldn’t fit to hold it

Jun 16, 2019

All flights were on time , easy check-in and smooth flight to Denver 😀

Dec 20, 2018

The woman/flight attendant who took care of us was tops. Seats very tight:(

Aug 23, 2018

Baggage fees were ridiculous. Could NOT upgrade seats even though 20+ seats were not occupied.

Jul 22, 2018

The seats are miserably under sized. I'm an exemplary normal size at 5'9" and 165 lbs. I did observe that many, if not most passengers are obese and fill about 1.5 if not 2.0 seats of this construction. Passengers who are seated on the same row are compressed by hot fat and stink for 3 or 4 hours. Not desirable. The Pittsburg to Denver flight was full. A mercy that the 737-900 has big turbo fans to push it up and fast.

Apr 12, 2018

A little more leg room would be nice. The back of the seats are too low to get your leg under there.

Mar 8, 2018

No WiFi on flight. When that happens there should be some compensation or gift.
