Huge overhead storage. Alaska’s boarding process makes more sense than American or United.

Dec 27, 2019

Not happy that once we landed we had to sit on the runway for over 30 minutes to get a gate to open up. They changed our gate 3 times. Ridiculous

I'd like to know which planes have back seat video entertainment before purchasing. I would pay a little more for that. Thanks!

Sep 7, 2019

My flight was delayed due to heavy air traffic. I was offered an uber to San Jose Airport as were the other passengers. I chose to wait for the flight out of SFO which meant a delay of a couple of hours. The Alaska advice clerk was outstanding! She compensated me with no baggage fee for one piece of luggage. I'm very appreciative of the professional service and courtesy. Thank you! Jacqueline Gasser

Delta has good choice of complimentary snacks!

I wish the passengers that are "Basic" were call by rows staring from the back of the plane forward.
