ANA very recommended airlines

Jul 29, 2018

At check-in I asked to move to isle seat and he was able to do it.

Mar 30, 2018

I have not taken JAL in 10 years because their seats were always very narrow probably designed for smaller Japanese passengers, but the plane I was on from Kuala Lumpur to Tokyo was wide, comfortable and new. The Screen on the seat in front was much larger than other airlines. So yes, I was very pleasant surprised. The cabin service was fine, JAL always has great service, but I would say they sometimes focus too much on over servicing that they are a bit slow on getting the food and drink out to passengers. But overall very satisfied with JAL.
