Wish we had known ahead of time about basic economy restrictions. We would have paid more to avoid.

It was a good flight

Oct 28, 2019

Our flight was delayed by 51 minutes, and we had less than 20 minutes to catch our next flight at O'Hare 4 terminals away. The staff made every effort to give us the best chance at catching that flight (and we did make it!) by changing our seats to something more forward on the plane, announcing to other passengers to let us off first, and planning the back-up plan in case it all didn't work out. I was impressed by their dedication.

Need to provide a gluten free snack option.

Jul 24, 2018

A flight attendant had BO and didn’t smell very good.

Jun 20, 2018

Ok for a short flight. Would be uncomfortable for longer flight. Seats way to close together!

Jun 14, 2018

The box of “food” for which I paid $9.99 was the near the most despicable thing I have ever eaten. How could UA do that. A betrayal of its customers. Awful! Awful! And UA put its name on it! I urge future travelers to never purchase this junk.
