Dec 17, 2018

Car seat took 40 minutes to arrive at oversized luggage.

Aug 24, 2018

On time, friendly professional courteous service. No complaints - thanks for the great ride!

Jul 31, 2018

Not a lot of room in the seats, on this flight. Delayed on the tarmac and the air was turned off... staff did well to keep people informed. I would like to see the airline have everyone that had a connection be let off first to hopefully make your next flight., while the other passengers remained seated. Customer service

What I don't like, as a frequent flyer, is the verbal advertising to sign up for a United card while I'm trying to sleep.

The planes were the best! Going through Passport Control and Customs in Vancouver, made it so easy.
