Had a morning meeting in Tulia - needed a quick overnight that was close to meeting location. Motel was clean, however NO COFFEE MAKER in the room means you have to get dressed and walk in 31 degree cold to get coffee, not desirable for this traveler. Blow dryer didn't work no matter how many times I reset and floor of bathtub needed a good bleaching so it didn't look like dirty feet. HOWEVER, the mattress was above average, sheets clean, comforter in good shape, pillows firm and soft/labeled. I would stay again as I have business in Tulia that requires an overnight stay. If you are HUNTING in the area, it's a nice place to stay and the truck stop with food is next door, walking distance.
