Title: Disappointing Experience in the Presidential Suite – Not Worth the Premium My recent stay in the Presidential Suite at [Hotel Name] was unfortunately far below the standard I expected for such a high-end room category. Given the significant premium charged for this suite, I anticipated a flawless experience, but several issues made the stay frustrating. The Issues: * Maintenance & Condition: Upon arrival, I noticed [mention specific issue, e.g., worn-out furniture, scuffed walls, or malfunctioning climate control]. For a suite marketed as the "best" in the house, the lack of upkeep was glaring and unacceptable. * Cleanliness: Unfortunately, the cleanliness did not meet expectations. [Mention specific issue, e.g., dust on surfaces, stained upholstery, or issues in the bathroom]. * Service: While the staff were polite, the level of service did not match the price point. [Mention specific issue, e.g., slow response to requests, lack of attention to detail, or issues with concierge services]. * Noise/Privacy: Despite the suite's positioning, I experienced [mention specific issue, e.g., significant noise from the hallway or neighboring rooms], which severely impacted my ability to relax. Conclusion: I chose this suite for a special occasion, hoping for luxury and seamless service, but it ultimately felt like a standard room with more square footage. I reached out to management during my stay, but the resolution offered was [mention if it was handled poorly or ignore

Nice quiet room for a one night pre flight stay. Shuttle service, reasonably priced and several restaurants within walking distance.

Was hoping for more.

We could not have been happier with our stay at the Fairmont Heritage Place on Ghiradelli Square. This place is amazing. Rooms spotless, well appointed and very spacious, views of bay were amazing and the staff was incredibly friendly to us at every single interaction of our stay; including the room attendants! Thanks to everyone there for a five star stay. We will definitely be back.
