Smooth transition,very professional service.

Jul 2, 2019

This was Brussels Airlines. Why charge a suitcase? Friendly staff. Food pretty good, tablet broken with no sound.

Jan 20, 2019

Everything was good except for the no soap in 2 of the bathrooms on the flight from JFK to Brussels. I thought that was disgusting. Flight regulations would not let us bring hand sanitizer on the flight, but then no soap in the bathroom to wash hands. EEww gross

There weren’t any seat outlets 😞 disappointment other than that everything was great

Jun 24, 2018

Everything was great except for the food in economy, which can be improved.

I can't say enough good things about the flight staff on our two flights. They were so friendly, helpful, check informed on flights arrival and departures and went above and beyond to will to pass along suggestions to each & every passenger. I haven't flown with them in a few years but will double my choice when booking my next flight
