Room was stinky with cigarettes smell. Sitting Dewan sofa was missing, cleaning and hoovering was poor, coffee sachets and water bottles were missing, towels were looking very tired and old.

Very very poor standard, with damp walls that were flaking, 90% lights that did not work, no hot water in sink for shaving, exposed sockets, only 1 towel poor breakfast etc etc far too many to list. I have taken photographs as well as a video, which i will happily share
