Love this stay. Only issue was they did not honor the VIP perk through Orbitz/ Expedia. Otherwise a great stay with phenomenal staff who always stopped what they were doing to escort us to any place we couldn’t locate with their way finding signs. Also the cafe and restaurant food service was fantastic!!!!

The hotel has a lot of character. Great rooms, very comfortable bedding. Superb shower. Upon check in, they had no knowledge of our free valet parking. They said it was not in their system. But, the kind check in person Shay said she’d take my word for it and manually put it in their system. Nice bar area. Sadly no happy hour on Sundays.
