I stayed with Vision apartment 5 star rating. It was so good an year ago. But now the walkways are dirty and smelly. The wifi doesn’t work. Also some strange people standing in front my room scrolling the phone. The staff were blocking the, when I was in a rush to leave the airport. They blocked the lift twice (on two lifts) to transport the house keeping accessories. Most immortally I didn’t get the access code until I get to Zurich. When I chased them they asked to email the ID copy. This is unacceptable. The automated system should have sent an email to provide the ID proof few days prior to the stay. Not happy with the booking and the stay this time.

Checking in was HELL! I purchased two rooms but could only check into one becuse the name I entered for the second room was different than mine! I purchased the second room for my friends and when asked to enter the name for the second room , I did just that! My friends have different names than my own! And when I called the number to Customer service , they actually said "Yes we see that you purchased two rooms but the name on the second room is different than yours who purchased that second room! Than I told them that the web site ASKED for the name of the person staying in the second room! After literally hours of trying to get these people to understand what was going on with THIER system we finally got to get into the rooms I had purchased. UNBELIVEABLE! Keep in mind IF you book a room there, there is no-one there to speak to, no one All online. Stay away!

Promising, but flawed

The check in was a bit confusing and not communicated particularly well. You get an email with the code and room number in. The room number is in the form Glxxx. I didn’t have a clue what this meant until I asked the guy in the restaurant. Turns out the Gl is the location (Glatbrugg) and then the xxx would be your room number. When I checked in. There were an issue with spots of blood of the duvet. When I brought this up to the company (via email as there's no reception) they gave me a new room. This wasnt really communicated very well (no apology etc), i just recieved a new email similar to my first check in email, only with the title including the word *move*. To be fair they did get me a new room relatively late in the evening. The new room was cleaner than the first, but still not pristine. There were several long black hairs about the place. There were some strange quirks with both rooms. In the first room, the power outlet near the bed couldn't charge without the light being on. So no charging your phone at night! Neither room had a bin (apart from the little toilet area bin), which was a strange omission. I ended up just having to use the bin bag from the cupboard as a make-shift bin. The air con/cooler didn't cool the room down. It was noisy as well. Positives - location very good, near the train station and felt safe to me. - Fridge was nice to have - Shower was good. - Quiet. Didn't hear the other rooms at all. Would only stay if the price was right.

While the actual apartment was clean and well arranged, the pedestrian entrance near the train station looks unkept and dirty. The garden looks neglected. Needs proper beautification. Gives the wrong impression as to what lies inside. The air conditioning is also very poor. The days were warm and when turned to its lowest, barely provided cooling. If you go in the summer beware of this.

The property is in a very convenient location..2 mins walk to the train station and also there’s buses and trams right on the train station. It only took us not even 10 mins to Zurich airport.

Ideal location for airport and into Zurich. Hotel access glitch as had no network connections. Able to use another guests wifi for access details. Suggest sending access details prior to arrival and in good time. Hotel rooms were good had all you required, minus air conditioning! Was quite a hot week so would have been better. Kept window open overnight to keep it cool but meant disturbed by early lorry loading business on our side of hotel. Gym was retty good too. Perfect location for transport- trains trams and buses every few minutes 2 minute walk. Supermarket nearby too. Hotel has a bar and restaurant but e didnt use it. Regular swiss plug adapters do not fit in hotel wall plugs! We bought 2 at airport but prongs not long enoug. Can use usbs to charge mobiles etc in tvs though. Yes would stay again.

I enjoyed how modern each room is with A.C. This is essential for the summer. The location is great, right next to the Glattbrugg train station. I can get to Zurich HB in 15 minutes and get to the airport in 8 minutes.

I had really a bad time, the Ac was not working and the temp was 80 F . Also the bathroom celling was leaking with dirty water. I did inform the staff and then customer care but nothing was fixed
