Hotel is clean and amenities are in good condition. It’s only 4 subway stops from Zurich HB and city center. The shuttle service to and from the airport is convenient. The only complaint is that our room wants cleaned two days in a row, which wasn’t a big deal as we only needed fresh towels.

The shuttle shuts down from 12 noon to 4 PM and our flight landed at 11:35 AM. We had to really rush from Terminal E to the main terminal, through immigration and all the way to the shuttle, which was quite remotely parked and barely made it ! We were checked in early, which was a good gesture after that experience. The room was OK, but the safe lacked batteries, for which the hotel didn't have a replacement. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station.
