The hotel was very clean, cozy, and well-equipped. The train station was only a few minutes’ walk away, so getting around was really easy. The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful, and quickly resolved the situation when we had to cancel one of our rooms just a day before arrival. I highly recommend it!

Nice hotel in a quiet area, booking in was difficult as the Hotels. com ref number was wrong but luckily was able to find someone to help. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely self-catering hotel. Be aware of the noise!

Great location & fantastic self-catering facilities. The only thing to be aware of is that the hotel is above a restaurant and night club so it gets very noisy at night. Close to the tube & supermarkets too. This hotel isn’t staffed though so you self-check in using a machine

This was a great hotel with spacious rooms and all the amenities for long term stay. It’s 8 minutes walk from the train station that takes you straight to central Zurich in 10 mins. There were several supermarkets at walkable distance and also some cafes and restaurants. A great place to stay which was clean, adorable and convenient!

The room was very big and clean, had a TV which thankfully had some English speaking shows on it. There are shops nearby and a train station which is convenient for journey to the airport and city centre. There is no staff as it is self check in which thankfully was easy to do. The restaurant next door had very lovely and friendly staff who were kind enough to store our luggage for us on the morning of check out.

Central clean hotel and Convenient.

This hotel is very central to train line and within 10 minute walking distance of a shopping mall. The space was clean and comfortable. My husband and I are not as tech savvy as some and check-in is done via a machine. We struggled with this, however a cleaner on staff assisted us and we got in successfully.

There was a challenge checking in but the staff at the restaurant assisted swiftly. Check-in is done through a machine, therefore no one to assist as there is no receptionist. Once this is done, the rest of the stay becomes very relaxing. The property is quaint, clean and beautifully decorated. Such luxurious finishes with a touch of class and comfort.
