Enjoy 165sqm of comfort divided into 4 separate bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens, and 3 bathrooms with bathtub/shower, plus a terrace with access to the garden and a Finnish sauna. Recently renovated, our Spa Chalet accommodates 1 to 12 guests.



The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with everything our guests need to prepare their favorite dishes: fridge/freezer, oven, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, cooking utensils, coffee machine (capsules), toaster, and kettle. Central heating and underfloor cooling ensure a pleasant indoor climate at all times. An iron, washing machine, and dryer, as well as a parking space in front of the house, complete the amenities.



Our Spa Chalet is located in Schüttdorf, a district of Zell am See. Restaurants and shops are within walking distance. The nearest ski lift is the AreitXpress – approximately 1 kilometer from the accommodation. The Zeller See lake is around 1.5 kilometers away, and in summer, the Zell am See–Kaprun golf course is just 3 kilometers from the property.
