The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Nothing fancy but we only sleep there so we don’t need fancy. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. While there we have direct access to two restaurants without having to leave the hotel grounds.

The thermostat was set at 52 when we arrived. Took 2.5 hours to heat up to 70 degrees. Temperatures outside were in the single digits. The atrium is freezing. No relaxing in there. The breakfast included 2 different cereals and couple types of muffins/bagels. Definitely not worth it. Wouldn’t recommend!

Staff was courteous. They have to figure this whole heat thing out. Our room was 45 degrees when we got there, took about 2 hours to get up to 62 degrees. Will not be staying here again in the winter. Other than that, it was clean, easy check in check out.

Everyone at this property was very friendly and helpful. They really try to accommodate all your needs. Liz is one of the ladies we dealt with and she was amazing. I will always stay here while visiting my family in Ohio.

Our stay was ok. Nothing great about it other than the location. Had to deal with a drunk man that the police dropped off for a place to stay as he screamed in the hallway making our stay feeling kinda unsafe.

The booking states it is a queen bed but it is more the size of a twin and the room is small. We had to upgrade the room to get a bigger bed. The cost difference was pricy and the room had no heat. Needed to get a space heater from the front desk. The staff are very nice and helpful about this.
